"Pretty Woman" actress Julia Roberts is still attempting to make a pretty penny on her beautiful beachfront home in Hawaii. However, she's willing to settle for a few dollars less nowadays. Her Hanalei, HI, home is now being offered for $19.5 million, down 35% from the $30 million she wanted last year, when the Kauai property came to market.
The two-acre property on Hanalei Bay was built in 1917, and was once owned by a sugar-plantation manager. It includes a main house and guest house, totaling 3,800 square feet of living space, seven bedrooms, and four bathrooms. About 200 feet of beach belongs to the estate.
The main house boasts a covered front porch overlooking a sprawling lawn that you can just imagine hosted croquet games 100 years ago. The living room has beamed ceilings and walls of windows.

Roberts, who bought the estate five years ago for $13.375 million, plunked down $6.84 million earlier this year for a Malibu, CA, property in an off-market deal, according to the Los Angeles Times.
The actress, 48, won a 2000 Oscar for her title role in "Erin Brockovich," although she's arguably best known for her portrayal of a golden-hearted prostitute in the 1990s "Pretty Woman."
