Cleveland Indians pitcher Carlos Carrasco is stepping up to the real estate plate again. Only a year after selling another Florida home, he's put this five-bedroom home in Palm Harbor, FL, on the market for $855,000.
Carrasco and his wife had this 4,598-square-foot home custom-built for themselves only a year and a half ago, but they decided that, with a small child, it would be more convenient for them to live in the Cleveland area, says listing agent Maria Azuaje.
The home, which is in a gated community, features an open floor plan that's "great for entertainment," Azuaje says. "Every single room has a custom closet; there's $30,000 in closets alone," she says. And in terms of luxury features, the agent says, "everything you think of, the house has it."

That includes Restoration Hardware fixtures in the chef's kitchen, a whole-house sound system, and travertine tile surrounding the pool area. The pool area is enclosed in a two-story-high cage that keeps the bugs out and makes the area perfect for relaxed lounging, Azuaje says.
Each of the four upstairs bedrooms has its own bath, and a balcony on the second floor overlooks the pool and provides views of nearby Lake Tarpon.
