The bill calls for increasing the number of justices to 13
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Democratic lawmakers in the House and Senate announced Thursday morning that they are introducing legislation that would expand the size of the Supreme Court from nine to 13 justices.
This would allow President Biden to add four justices, overcoming the high court's present 6-3 conservative majority.
