Two Colombian nationals were arrested Sunday at Las Vegas' McCarran International Airport in connection with the death of a woman who underwent a cosmetic surgical procedure while in their care.
Ruben Dario Matallana-Galvas, 55, and Carmen Olfidia Torres-Sanchez, 47, from Medellin, Colombia, are being held without bail, the Las Vegas Sun reported.

The dead woman—who has not been named—was dropped off by relatives at a Las Vegas address on Saturday where she was to undergo a surgical procedure.
Four hours later, the relatives returned to the address but it was abandoned and the woman could not be found.
She had been taken to a hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
