Police have charged a 74-year-old western Pennsylvania woman with using a key to scratch the car of another woman and then backing into her in a dispute over a parking space in a supermarket parking lot.

Online court records don't list an attorney for Nancy Bartsch, of New Castle, whose phone was continually busy when The Associated Press tried to call her for comment Tuesday.

Police say surveillance video backs up the story of a 23-year-old woman who apparently angered Bartsch by parking in a spot the older woman wanted. When the younger woman came back to her car on Friday morning, police say Bartsch used a key to scratch the younger woman's car.

When the younger woman took out her phone to record Bartsch's license plate, the 74-year-old woman backed into her.

Police say Bartsch denies wrongdoing.
