Week 4 is usually early for a team to start to panic, but the Miami Dolphins are at a cross roads approaching Sunday's divisional game.

Sitting at 1-2, the Dolphins are last in the AFC East and have a tough matchup against the New York Jets in London. It's a long season, but falling to 1-3 in a division that features the New England Patriots is not ideal.

Ryan Tannehill wouldn't say it's a must-win game for the Dolphins this week, but he is feeling the pressure early on.

"Obviously, we haven't performed up to par or even close to it the past two weeks," Tannehill said via the Sun Sentinel. "It's a division opponent, on the road and overseas, so it's a huge game for us not only for the fact that it's a division game and just the way we've played the past two weeks, we need to come out and respond, and play up to our standards."

The Dolphins were embarrassed at home against the Buffalo Bills, falling 41-14. The road won't get any easier with the imposing Jets' defense next on the schedule, but the time is now for Miami to turn it around.
