UFC Octagon girl Brittney Palmer's husband will likely avoid attempted murder charges and avoid prosecution after he was arrested in June for allegedly attacking and strangling his wife.
According to a report via TMZ, Zalewski won't face any charges as a result of the incident so long as he's willing to meet with the Los Angeles City Attorney and own up for it and shows contrition, they won't prosecute him for the crime.
Additionally, Zalewski could be required to take anger management classes as a condition of his release without criminal charges.
The report also states that if Zalewski fails to comply with the order and another incident happens before the statute of limitations run out in the state, he will be brought up on charges and prosecuted to the letter of the law.
The arrest happened on June 12 in Los Angeles where Palmer's husband Aaron Zalewski was taken into custody for attempted murder, spousal battery and criminal threats.
According to the original police report, Palmer accused Zalewski of assaulting her by throwing her to the ground before he allegedly pinned her down on a mattress face first where she struggled to breathe for nearly two minutes.
Zalewski was arrested and held on $1 million bail before being released a day later.
Palmer and her husband are still together according to the report.
