East Rutherford, NJ (SportsNetwork.com) - Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick left Sunday's 36-21 win over the New York Giants late in the first half after injuring his left hamstring.

Vick pulled up while running out of bounds on a 13-yard scramble with around 4 1/2 minutes to go in the second quarter and was seen clutching the back of his left leg. He stayed in for the remainder of the drive, which ended with an Alex Henery 29-yard field goal, then began Philadelphia's next series before being pulled in favor of Nick Foles upon being hit by Giants defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul.

Foles was under center the rest of the way and finished 16-of-25 for 197 yards while tossing a pair of fourth-quarter touchdown passes.

Prior to exiting, Vick compiled a team-high 79 yards on seven rushes and went 6-of-14 for 105 yards through the air.
