Milan, Italy – Inter Milan's injury woes have been heightened with the confirmation that Antonio Cassano has suffered a hamstring tear.
Cassano limped off the pitch during Inter's home loss to Atalanta on Sunday, and medical scans on Monday revealed that the striker has a grade two hamstring tear.
The injury is expected to keep Cassano out of action for 30-40 days as he joins fellow strikers Rodrigo Palacio and Diego Milito on the sidelines.
