Milwaukee, WI – A day after leaving a game due to injury, Milwaukee Brewers left fielder Ryan Braun is in the lineup for Tuesday's matchup with the Giants.
Braun was removed from Monday's 4-3 loss to San Francisco in the bottom of the 10th inning due to right groin tightness.
Batting with two outs in the frame, the reigning National League MVP poked a ground ball to second base and ran gingerly up the first base line. He was replaced in the top of the 11th by Nyjer Morgan.
The six-year veteran is hitting .333 this season with 12 home runs and 30 RBI.
