Julio Baptista scored in the 92nd minute as 2 victory over Getafe on Saturday at Estadio La Rosaleda to claim the top spot in La Liga.

Ruud van Nistelrooy and Enzo Maresca also scored after half for Malaga, which has four wins in its last five matches. Malaga is even on points with Valencia after six matches atop the standings.

Pedro Leon and Miku scored in the second half for Getafe as the teams combined for five goals after the 54th, but the match turned when Medhi Lacen was sent off in the 75th.

Maresca tied the match at 2-2 in the 87th and Baptista followed with his first goal of the season two minutes into stoppage time, to keep the up-and-coming side on a good run.

Getafe lost for the fourth time in its last five games.

Valencia 1, Granada 0

Valencia, Spain - Sergio Canales scored in the fourth minute and Valencia held on for a 1-0 victory over Granada on Saturday at Mestalla in La Liga to bounce back from its first league loss of the season.

Valencia opened the season on a four-game unbeaten streak before a defeat last weekend to Sevilla and used its fourth win to return to the top of the La Liga standings. Valencia and Malaga both have 13 points from six matches.

Granada lost for the fourth time this season and has just four points from one win and one draw this season.

Osasuna 2, Mallorca 2

Navarra, Spain - Tomer Hemed converted his second penalty in the 78th minute to equal Raul Garcia's double, and 10-man Mallorca earned a 2-2 tie at Osasuna on Saturday at Reyno de Navarra in Spain's La Liga.

Hemed opened the scoring in the 34th from the spot, but Garcia scored late in the opening half and again in the 58th for Osasuna, and Emilio Nsue was issued his marching orders in the 72nd to leave Mallorca short-handed.

But Hemed responded again from the spot, as Mallorca posted its first draw and Osasuna's winless streak reached four matches.

Racing 1, Rayo Vallecano 1

Santander, Spain - Adrian Gonzalez scored in the 58th minute to equalize Raul Tamudo's goal and winless Racing tied for the fourth time through six weeks in La Liga, 1-1, on Saturday against Rayo Vallecano at the Estadio El Sardinero.

Tamudo opened the scoring in the 20th for Rayo, which had lost two straight in La Liga, and Gonzalez equalized in the 58th minute to split the points.

Villarreal 2, Real Zaragoza 2

Villarreal, Spain - Hernan Perez scored in the 84th minute as Villarreal tied Real Zaragoza, 2-2, on Saturday at El Madrigal to extend its undefeated streak in La Liga to three matches.

Luis Garcia and Pablo Barrera scored for Zaragoza, which had Maurizio Lanzaro sent off late in the second half. Giuseppe Rossi converted a penalty kick in the first half for Villarreal, and Perez scored against short-handed Real.
