Seven acts advanced to the semi-final round of “America’s Got Talent”on Wednesday.

The season’s first live results show also saw the dream end for five hopefuls as America’s votes were revealed.

Spoiler alert: Here’s how it all went down...

CUT #1: Musicality (vocal group) v. Dorothy Williams (burlesque dancer)
Nick Cannon passed her through to the live shows with a golden buzzer, but Dorothy’s luck ran out after a less than spectacular follow up to her audition.

CUT #2: Jayna Brown (singer) v. Laura Bretan (singer)
This could easily have been a finale matchup! Two powerhouse teenage vocalists with two very different styles. So who made it through? Well, both, of course…

CUT #3: Sila Sveta (videomapping dance duo) v. Tape Face (mime) v. Jon Dorenbos (magician)
No one should have been surprised to see Dorenbos, a pro football star with the Philadelphia Eagles, advance, but the second selection wasn’t as easy. When all the votes were counted, it was Tape Face who survived.

CUT #4: Deadly Games (danger act) v. Hara (magician) v. Lori Mae Hernandez (comedian)
America’s social media “save” vote kept Lori Mae alive to tell another round of jokes, but the final spot in the semi finals would be up to the judges — or would it.

With a hung jury — Heidi Klum and Simon Cowell on #TeamDeadlyGames and Howie Mandel and Mel B. on #TeamHara — it was up to America to decide who moves on.

With just seconds to go before the end of the live telecast, host Nick Cannon revealed the spot would go to Deadly Games.

Twelve more acts will compete for another seven spots next week.

“America’s Got Talent” airs Tuesdays and Wednesdays on NBC.
