Afghan police say suicide bomber kills 3 in Kabul

KABUL, Afghanistan – An Afghan police officer says a suicide car bomber has killed three civilians and wounded five more in the eastern part of the capital Kabul.

Jan Agha said the attacker targeted a foreign convoy on Saturday but was not successful. He says the attack took place as the convoy passed by the car bomber.
