Maryland cornerback Will Likely is the reigning Big Ten Special Teams Player of the Week, and he did not waste much time making his case to be honored again.

Likely scored the first touchdown of the afternoon at Maryland where the Terrapins are playing host to Bowling Green on an 85-yard punt return in the first quarter.

Last week, Likely had a 67-yard punt return for a touchdown as part of a record-breaking opening day win over Richmond. He totaled 233 punt return yards, surpassing a Big Ten single-game mark set by Iowa legend Nile Kinnick in 1939.
