Philadelphia, PA (SportsNetwork.com) - Lexi Thompson cruised to a 4-stroke win on Sunday and that helped her move to 14th in this week's women's world rankings.

Thompson earned her second career LPGA Tour victory, but first as a tour member. She moved up seven places thanks to the win.

The top six were unchanged with Inbee Park again followed by Suzann Pettersen, Stacy Lewis, So Yeon Ryu, Lydia Ko and Na Yeon Choi.

Shanshan Feng and Karrie Webb exchanged places with Feng up to seventh. Catriona Matthew held steady at No. 9 and she was again trailed by I.K. Kim, Paula Creamer, Cristie Kerr and Jiyai Shin.

Thompson soared to 14th and that pushed Ai Miyazato and Angela Stanford down to 15 and 16 respectively. Hee Young Park was 17th again, while Lizette Salas dropped two to 18th.

Beatriz Recari stayed in 19th and Mika Miyazato dropped a pair to 20th. Former world No. 1 Yani Tseng dropped out of the top-20 as she dipped two to 22nd.
