The Houston Rockets have reportedly traded 2012 first-round pick Royce White to the Philadelphia 76ers.

Yahoo!Sports reports Houston will also send the rights to an international prospect and cash considerations to the Sixers for future draft considerations.

White, the 16th overall pick in the 2012 draft out of Iowa State, has an anxiety disorder that kept him off the court last season. White spent much of the year suspended or playing for the Rockets' NBA D-League affiliate.

The move sheds $1.7 million from Houston's salary cap, giving more flexibility for Houston to ink free-agent center Dwight Howard a maximum contract offer.
