Each week Fox News picks its Top 3 over-the-top luxury listings from Mansion Global.

This week we have Johnny Depp's Art Deco apartment in downtown Los Angeles, a sky-high property owned by Dame Joan Collins and a Mykonos getaway fit for royalty.

Actor Johnny Depp owns houses all over the world but this stunning Art Deco masterpiece on top of the landmark Eastern Columbia Building in downtown Los Angeles could be yours for $2.475 million.

Depp bought the property—along with four others-- after the 1930s building was modernized in 2007. He moved out last year and put all five up for sale. Two of the units have already sold.

“The views are spectacular— you can see down to the ocean and out to Century City,” said Kevin Dees of Partners Trust, which has handled the sales of all five units in The Depp Collection. “It’s like you’re on top of all of downtown.”

INSTALLING A POOL? HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

The 2,260-square-foot condominium has two bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The light fixtures hanging over the first level living area are one of  Depp’s few remaining furnishings in the apartment. These are original 1958 Hollywood Boulevard Walk of Fame streetlights that Depp acquired and installed. Some of the artwork is from his collection, too, including the piece over the master suite bed. Soaring ceilings and extra large windows define the great room, which includes a living area, dining area and chef’s kitchen.

The penthouse has a large outdoor terrace with direct access to the building’s skydeck, which has a saltwater pool, spa, sundeck, lounging cabanas and a fully equipped fitness studio.

And you’re likely to become friendly with your neighbors in this landmarked property. “There is a great sense of community within this building,” he added.

Looking for a Hollywood home owned by a silver screen legend?

Actress Dame Joan Collins is unloading her posh West Hollywood condo, two years after selling off a small fortune in fashion, jewelry and even personal letters.

Collins’ two-bedroom apartment in the Sierra Towers on Doheny Road hit the market earlier this week for $4.495 million, listed with Joshua Greer of Hilton & Hyland.

KELLYANNE CONWAY HAS BIG PLANS FOR DC SOCIAL LIFE

The sun-filled corner unit is on the 25th floor of the 32-level building and at 2,300-square feet has one of its largest floor plans, according to the listing. The apartment has northwest city views and a large outdoor terrace that overlooks Beverly Hills and the Pacific Ocean.

Amenities include a 24-hour concierge, a fitness center, spa and swimming pool that overlooks the Sunset Strip.

She bought the condo in 2007 for $2.7 million, property records show.

Finally, this last home may not have a famous owner but the property has played host to plenty of celebrities, VIP travelers and even royals over the years.

The contemporary estate in Mykonos, Greece sits at the end of a small peninsula, sandwiched between Paradise Bay and Super Paradise Beach, with views across the stunningly blue Aegean sea.

The Chateau Estate is made up of four buildings with 17 bedrooms and 18 bathrooms and is listed at $12.76 million.

The main residence, at 3,875 square feet, has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The largest guest house is 3,229 square feet and has five bedrooms while the rest of the sleeping spaces are spread out across the remaining two smaller guest houses and space underneath the main residence.

The buildings are very a modern take on chic Greek architecture with thick whitewashed walls, shuttered windows and tiled floors which keep it comfortably cool even on the hottest days.

The properties, owned by a fund management group, were designed to use as much material from Mykonos as possible. The exposed rocky walls, taken from local mountains, give the bedrooms a “cave-like” feeling. Rocks are also used to keep the swimming pool at the main house sheltered, since Mykonos is known as a windy island.

Secret lighting in the rocks make for a super romantic setting.

Also on site, there are two pools, one attached to the main residence and the other to the largest guest house and a big al fresco dining area for barbecues.

In some ways the estate functions like a hotel, with its own professional standard chef’s kitchen for gourmet lunches and dinners in the sunshine. There’s a chapel on site, too, plenty of parking, and one of the reasons so many celebrities are attracted to the estate—a helipad so you can make a discreet entrance and exit.
