Don Rickles, known as the King of Insult Comics, passed away at his home in Los Angeles on April 6 at the age of 90.

Shortly before his passing, however, the prolific comedian put his Malibu, Calif. beach house on the market, according to Top Ten Real Estate Deals.

Located in the enclave community of Point Dume in Malibu, which offers some of the best ocean views and celebrity sightings on the West Coast, the home sits on a large plot, over one-acre.

Famous past and present neighbors include Johnny Carson, Robert Duvall, Cher, Dick Clark, Rob Lowe and Julie Andrews.

The Rickles’ home is 3,421 square feet and features four bedrooms and five baths. The home was built in 1968, the same year the comedian began starring on “The Don Rickles Show.”

Rickles is survived by his wife of 52 years, Barbara.
