Pro golfer Jeff Sluman and his wife, Linda, have done some real estate shuffling over the past few months.

In December, the PGA star finally sold his Hinsdale, IL, mansion—which had been off and on the market since 2010—for $4 million. This was well below the original $5.45 million asking price in 2010, but still the highest price paid in Chicago’s suburbs since 2015, reports Crain’s Chicago Business.

After unloading the suburban mansion, the couple snapped up a condo in Chicago’s River North neighborhood, according to the Chicago Tribune.

Sluman paid $1.5 million for their high-rise pad on the 21st floor, which had been listed for $1,649,000. The Slumans will be downsizing from their 5,553-square-foot Hinsdale home to 2,552 square feet, but they’ll also be within walking distance of some of Chicago’s trendiest bars and restaurants.

His former home was built in 2006 and has five bedrooms. Greek Revival details provide some glamour, and there’s a floating staircase, leaded-glass windows, and built-in bookcases. There’s also a bowling alley in the basement.

A pro golfer since the early ’80s, Sluman won six times on the PGA Tour, highlighted by his win at the 1988 PGA Championship. He’s still teeing off on the PGA Champions Tour, where he’s also won six events. All told, he’s won over $28 million on the links over his four-decade career in golf.
