Country music superstar Ronnie Dunn, half of the chart-topping duo Brooks & Dunn, is selling his estate in Nashville, TN -- to the twang of $9.25 million.

At least, that's how much it costs right now. Dunn and his wife, Janine, cut the price of their estate, dubbed "Parkview Farm," by $1.25 million after it sang a solo on the market for a year.

We're not sure why. This place comes with its own designated spot to get your boot scootin' boogie on in the form of a " party barn," according to the listing. There's even some sound recording equipment up there -- perhaps it's where the two-time BMI Country Songwriter of the Year penned some of his greatest hits? The 4,000-square-foot converted barn also doubles as a guesthouse.

Then there's the main house: an 11,000-square-foot, six-bathroom Antebellum-style mansion, complete with custom plantation shutters and interior features from across the great American South.

The great room features a vaulted hardwood ceiling, a stacked stone fireplace, custom wood cabinetry from Oklahoma, and a wet bar with copper sink. The elkhorn chandelier ties the whole room together, shrouding it in a hunting cabin style.

The eat-in kitchen comes with floor-to-ceiling hand-cut Texas stone, oak plank flooring, an oversize copper range hood, another fireplace, and custom cabinetry with frosted glass windows.

Upstairs, the luxe master suite has a vaulted wood plank-and-beam ceiling, a fireplace with custom mantel, a tiered chandelier, and two sets of french doors that open to a patio.

If you have horses, they'll be well taken care of. The third building on the property is a four-stall horse barn, equipped with water troughs, radiant heat, and a washing bay.

In the backyard, you can go for a dip in a beautiful pool bordered by hedges and leafy green trees. The whole sprawling property is pretty darn beautiful. This drone video gives you an aerial view of what you can buy when you consistently top the billboards for over 20 years.

Dunn and his other musical half, Kix Brooks, disbanded Brooks & Dunn in 2010 to pursue successful solo careers, although they decided to reunite late last year.
