Montreal, QC (SportsNetwork.com) - Montreal Canadiens goaltender Carey Price will miss the next two games with a lower-body injury.

Canadiens head coach Michel Therrien made the announcement after Price, fresh off backstopping Team Canada to a gold medal at the Sochi Olympics, left Wednesday's morning skate.

Therrien said Price aggravated the injury during the Winter Games.

The Canadiens host Detroit on Wednesday and visit Pittsburgh on Thursday.

Dustin Tokarski has been recalled from Hamilton of the American Hockey League to back up Peter Budaj, who was already scheduled to start against the Red Wings.
