A boy battling heart problems got the chance to live a dream on Sunday, acting as the honorary captain of the Oakland Raiders.

Josiah Moore participated in the coin toss before the game against the Denver Broncos and joined the team’s cheerleaders, the Raiderettes, on the sidelines, ABC 13 reported.

The Make-A-Wish Foundation granted the wish for Josiah, who was born with hypoplastic left heart syndrome, a condition in which the left side of the heart is severely underdeveloped.

"It's really a God-given moment right now. I really appreciate Make-a-Wish making this happen for my son," Josiah’s dad, Steven Moore, told ABC 13.
