Man Charged In Case Of Missing Missouri 3-Year-Old

Shawn Morgan, 43, is charged with first-degree murder and other charges in connection with the disappearance of Breeann Rodriguez, the 3 year old girl last seen Aug. 6 in front of her home Senath, Missouri, home.

Dunklin County Prosecutor Stephen Sokoloff said Morgan was a neighbor of the child's family. He's being held without bond and is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.

Sheriff Bod Holder said the search for the child's body continues in an undeveloped area of Dunklin County. The search now includes area waterways.

Senath is about 200 miles south of St. Louis.
