Breaking: President Obama Lands in Prague for Nuclear Treaty Signing

Air Force One has landed in Prague amidst sunny skies.  The President will be joined by Russian President Dmitri Medvedev for the signing of the new START treaty which will reduce the number of nuclear weapons for both countries.
