VP Biden will travel to Poland, Romania and the Czech Republic

The White House has just announced that Vice President Biden will travel to Poland, Romania, and Czech Republic later this month.

The Vice President will visit three NATO allies, Poland, Romania, and Czech Republic, from October 20-24. During the visit, the Vice President will meet with heads of state and government, parliamentary leaders, other political figures, and representatives of civil society to discuss a broad range of issues - including expanding trade and investment, strengthening democracy, and cooperating to meet common security challenges both bilaterally and through NATO.
