Classmates held a moment of silence Friday night for a missing New Hampshire teen at the Kennett High School football game to raise awareness of Abigail Hernandez, 14, who has been missing since last Wednesday leaving the school.

Senior Assistant District Attorney Jane Young said at a press conference that investigators continue to treat the case as a missing persons investigation, MyFoxBoston.com reported.

"We are here for one reason, to do whatever we can to find Abby," said Young.

The FBI's Child Rapid Abduction Deployment team has been brought in to search for Hernandez.

"We're trying to put together a timeline of when she went missing, the day before she went missing,” said Young.

A MyFoxBoston.com photographer said investigators set up a checkpoint near the teen's high school. They were seen stopping cars, handing out flyers, checking drivers' identification, and asking motorists if anyone saw anything.

Early in the probe, investigators said there was no evidence of an abduction and they did not suspect foul play.
