According to the police report, the father-in-law of Browner's girlfriend claims Browner assaulted him in the driveway of the Browner residence in Pomona, Calif., on Tuesday night. Police were called to the scene at 8 p.m. PT.

No charges have been filed yet in the investigation, and Browner was said to have left the residence before the police arrived. The accuser refused medical attention at the scene.
