Chicago Bears tight end Martellus Bennett does not need a pick-me-up.
The Bears' coaching staff uses honest and direct communication, of which Bennett is a fan. There's no beating around the bush, and there's rarely a miscommunication regarding what's expected of the players.

Bennett said the Bears, winners of the last two, are beginning to respond to this form of communication, via ESPN's Jeff Dickerson:
Bennett says accountability is on the rise in Chicago as a result of this "straight" talk, according to ESPN. The players want to win for each other and their coaching staff.
The Bears do very little finger-pointing when things don't go their way. In each of the last two games, they have regrouped in the fourth quarter and claimed come-from-behind victories.
The team mentality installed by head coach John Fox seems to be working for these Bears.
