Broncos' DeMarcus Ware (back) exits vs. Raiders

The Broncos' dynamic pass-rushing duo might be a little shorthanded going forward.

Veteran linebacker DeMarcus Ware (back) was carted off the field at O.Co Stadium on Sunday, leaving Von Miller and a host of younger players in his stead:

Ware's loss would be astronomical for a defense playing at the height of its game. He was an early favorite for Defensive Player of the Year with 4.5 sacks through five weeks.

Rookie linebacker Shane Ray could land a larger role if Ware can't recover in time for Week 6.
