Though she's happy in retirement, Wimbledon champion Marion Bartoli says "never say never" about a possible comeback.

Speaking to reporters Sunday, the day before the start of the US Open and less than two weeks since she surprisingly announced her retirement, the 28-year-old Frenchwoman said she wouldn't rule out anything.

However, she says she's happy to give her body a rest after more than 15 years of constant tennis.

Bartoli won her first major last month at the All England Club. But after losing in Cincinnati this month, she said she was leaving the game because her body could no longer handle the daily grind.
