Latino stars were among baseball's top sluggers in 2010.

Nine Hispanic sluggers, including even one pitcher, were recognized as 2010 Silver Sluggers.

Regulars to the list included St. Louis Cardinals' first baseman Albert Pujols and Texas Rangers designated hitter Vladimir Guerrero.

Most Valuable Player candidates Robinson Canó, who plays second  base for the New York Yankees, Detroit Tigers first baseman Miguel Cabrera, and Colorado Rockies outfielder Carlos González also topped the list. Breakout star José Bautista, outfielder for the Toronto Blue Jays, also made the list.

Among the other Latino Silver Sluggers were Boston Red Sox third baseman Adrian Beltré, Chicago White Sox shortstop Alexei Ramírez and Milwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Yovani Gallardo.

The players were selected by major league coaches and managers.

Other awardees include Florida Marlins second baseman Dan Uggla, St. Louis Cardinals outfielder Matt Holliday and Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Ryan Braun.
