Jeff Samardzija pitched into the ninth inning to help the Chicago Cubs take a 4-2 win over the St. Louis Cardinals in the second of a four-game set.Samardzija (4-7) scattered seven hits and a walk and gave up two runs while striking out six over 8 1/3 innings for the Cubs, who have won four of six."It's a rivalry game, and with that aside, you have a respect for [the Cardinals] and how they play the game and how they set their lineup up, one through nine," Samardzija said."You know you've got to come at it," he said. "I'm watching film five days before, and trying to find some weaknesses, and you can look as hard as you want and you're not going to find it.
