MIAMI (AP) The Miami Dolphins remain in the market for a running back after their second failed courtship this week.

Former NFL rushing champion Chris Johnson visited the Dolphins on Thursday, but agreed to terms on a one-year contract to stay with the Arizona Cardinals. Last week the Dolphins signed C.J. Anderson to an $18 million, four-year offer sheet, but the Denver Broncos matched it Tuesday.

The Dolphins need a reinforcement at running back to complement second-year pro Jay Ajayi. They lost starter Lamar Miller, who signed with Houston last week.
