Tigers pitcher Daniel Norris is a well-traveled man. And as a guy who lives out of his van in the offseason, he's learned how to get creative when it comes to getting things done.
Norris, who recently revealed that he succesfully defeated cancer, is currently traveling to the west coast in his beloved van "Shaggy" to make an adventure film. But he's still finding time to get his baseball workouts in -- in an interesting way.
The 22-year-old lefty took to Instagram Monday to share a video of his homemade barbell:
Impromptu offseason curls with a surf rack and two pothole covers? Doesn't get much more innovative than that.
Daniel Norris is a strong and gifted man, indeed.
