Devonta Freeman is not willing to hand his starting role back to rookie Tevin Coleman, not without a major fight at least.

The second-year running back had two touchdowns in the first two quarters Sunday against the Texans, giving him six scores in the past seven quarters.

After replacing Coleman (ribs) and scoring a TD in the fourth quarter of Atlanta's Week 2 victory over the Giants, Freeman tacked on three more in Week 3 against the Cowboys' strong rush defense.

On Sunday, Freeman put the Falcons up 14-0 against the Texans, with scoring runs of 16 and 23 yards.

Coleman has not played since Week 2 and is week-to-week.
