Cowboys QB Tony Romo exits game with injury

Everything was going right for the Dallas Cowboys as the third quarter rolled along when quarterback Tony Romo was sacked and the ball was jarred loose. The Philadelphia Eagles recovered the fumble and Romo remained down on the field for several seconds after the play before being helped to the locker room.

Romo walked off to the locker room on his own, and according to NFL Network's Desmond Purnell, he is currently undergoing an X-ray on his shoulder. His return is unknown. Backup quarterback Brandon Weeden relieved Romo on the next series
