KU cornerbacks figure heavily into Denver's opportunistic win

Chris Harris was raw and prone to mistakes when he first arrived at Kansas as a defensive back.

Now, he's one of the best corners in the NFL playing for the Denver Broncos. He was instrumental in Denver's win over Kansas City last night, an ironic combination for Harris.

"I first got to see him at Kansas when he was just 18,'' said Aqib Talib. "As his teammate then, and now as his teammate in the NFL, I have seen his talent skyrocket into one of the top five corners in the league.

Perhaps that combination in Denver is the best thing Denver has going for it these days.
