Julio Jones is quickly proving that he's one of the best in the NFL, and also that he's absolutely worth the massive five-year, $71.25 million extension he signed this offseason.

The most recent prove for Jones comes from his incredible Monday Night Football showing against the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 1. Jones hauled in nine catches for 141 yards and two scores in the victory, but as NFL on ESPN's Twitter account explains, Jones' domination on the big stage isn't surprising.

For those counting, that's a ridiculous 400 yards on 20 catches for three touchdowns in his previous two Monday Night Football games.

Any chance the Atlanta Falcons are pushing for more MNF games in the very near future?
