Last week, UFC president Dana White announced that the promotion was adding a third card to the big UFC 184 weekend this December in Las Vegas.

In an unprecedented move, the UFC fulfilled its promise and added yet another event -- its thirds straight of the week -- set for Thursday Dec. 10. At the time, no fights were announced for the bill, but on Wednesday, UFC Tonight announced one targeted bout for it, and it's a good one.

Lightweight stars Jim Miller and Michael Chiesa are targeted for a matchup on the card, which will air on UFC Fight Pass. Both men are coming off of wins.

In July, Miller won a split decision over Danny Castillo in Chicago. In April, Chiesa won a unanimous decision over Mitch Clarke.

Miller's win snapped a two fight losing streak while Chiesa's victory was his third in his previous four fights.

Both fighters are known for their pace, guts, and nasty submission abilities. Let's hope this one gets done because it would no-doubt add fireworks to an already exciting Vegas fight week.

In addition to UFC 184 on Dec. 12 and the UFC Fight Pass card on Dec. 10, there will be an Ultimate Fighter finale card on the 11th.
