After quite a hectic offseason for Junior Galette, it was reported that he was going to meet with the NFL about possible discipline for an offseason arrest soon. According to Josh Alper of Pro Football Talk, that meeting was supposed to happen before June came to a close.

Well, we are now almost through July and have heard absolutely nothing about Galette's status heading into 2015. While the domestic violence charges against Galette were dropped, he was also in the news for a video that went viral. This video showed a man who was accused of being Galette, hitting a woman.

As Alper reports, Galette's lawyer explained that it wasn't clear that the man in the video was Galette. Regardless, the video made it to the NFL, which led to us all awaiting word when the two sides met.

If Galette and the NFL have met, then they're either holding out their decision, or simply have chosen not to move forward. It's tough to tell at this point, but it's definitely a situation worth monitoring.
