Philadelphia, PA (SportsNetwork.com) - Lexi Thompson picked up her second win of the season, and third of her career on Sunday, and that helped her move to 10th in this week's world rankings.

Thompson improved four places thanks to the win and hits the top 10 for the first time in her career.

Inbee Park maintained the top spot and was followed again by Suzann Pettersen and Stacy Lewis. So Yeon Ryu finished third behind Thompson and Lewis in Mexico and inched up one to fourth, which bumped Lydia Ko back to No. 5.

Na Yeon Choi held steady in sixth and was trailed again by Shanshan Feng, Karrie Webb and I.K. Kim.

Thompson moved into 10th and that pushed Catriona Matthew, Paula Creamer, Cristie Kerr and Jiyai Shin down one spot each to 11th through 14th. Amy Yang improved two to 15th, while Ai Miyazato and Angela Stanford both dipped one spot.

Beatriz Recari and Hee Young Park exchanged spots with Recari up to 18th. Lizette Salas closed out the top 20 again this week.
