Toronto Raptors swingman Andrea Bargnani will miss the remainder of the season due to a recurrence of a previous leg injury.

Bargnani exited Sunday's game in Oklahoma City early in the second quarter with tightness in his left calf. He missed a combined 27 games this season due to recurring issues with the leg.

Based on tests taken yesterday on his left calf and the reoccurrence of previous symptoms, the club felt it best to keep him out of action to eliminate any further risk.

The 26-year-old Italian posted a team-high 19.5 points, with 5.5 rebounds in 31 games this year.
