The secret to her fit body?
"Quick and easy access to healthy, fulfilling snacks is the key to looking good and feeling good," Selter told Women's Health. "Especially if you’re a fitness fanatic, a well-balanced diet with lots of fruits, vegetables, and protein for energy is key when it comes to muscle recovery."
She added, "I believe in eating whole, nutrient-dense foods, and I always have a high-protein meal after a workout, and snack on carrots, raw almonds, or a bowl of fresh fruit."
