Last summer, Jeremy Piven enjoyed an “Entourage”-style blowout bro-cation with three guy pals in Sag Harbor — and the home’s owner still hasn’t forgotten.

Piven rented a waterfront contemporary home at 28 Long Point Road in Sag Harbor for July 4 weekend.

The cost? Around $25,000.

Piven, known for playing dealmaker Ari Gold, has made inquiries about renting the same beach house again this summer. But the owner, unimpressed with Piven’s house manners, declined.

The modern four-bedroom, 3½-bathroom home Piven covets is 3,500 square feet and comes with its own private 90-foot beach and a 100-foot dock at the end of its own private road.

There’s also a saltwater pool and panoramic water views.

“It’s more than just a house, it’s a lifestyle!” notes a former listing.

The home was on the market for $5.69 million last year.

After last year’s stay, Piven even made inquiries about buying it, our sources say.

But Piven and his pals did not leave the home in as pristine a condition as they had found it.

Piven’s reps and his broker, Douglas Elliman’s Matthew Breitenbach, did not get back to us.
