It's been six months since Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes' rumored relationship started, but the sparks may already be over.
Gosling, 31, has apparently told the Cuban actress that he needed "some time to think," according to reports from the Mirror and Perezhilton.com, who cite friends.
"Ryan and Eva are having trouble seeing eye to eye," friends tell the Mirror.
That's when Gosling jetted off to South Africa and reportedly was spotted having dinner with a blonde bombshell,a German model, at The Grand Cafe in Cape Town. Rumors say he was in disguise mode while in dinner, wearing a wooly hat and scarf.
Mendes' agent has denied the allegations that the pair's relationship is on the rocks, according to reports.

The two finished filming the drama "The Place Behind the Pines" where Mendes, 38, and Gosling "acted" out their on-camera romance.
Meanwhile, latest reports had Mendes in Thailand accompanying Gosling as he acts for his new film "Only God Forgives."
TMZ TV caught Mendes and Gosling holding hands and even giving each other a public smooch first in September 2011.
The Cuban born actress and the Canadian heartthrob hung out and did what everyone does at Disney - rides and more rides. According to People magazine, the pair "had a blast climbing aboard the amusement park's rides like Ariel's Undersea Adventure ride and the 4D Toy Story Mania ride."
The magazine also said they enjoyed pink cotton candy, and they even closed down the park to the tune of the World of Color spectacular water show.
