Three Turkish soldiers were killed Friday after a building collapsed in the country’s volatile southeast region where security forces have been fighting Kurdish militants for months.

The building toppled in the Diyarbakir province, but the military did not give a reason for the collapse, Reuters reports.

A curfew has been in place in the province for almost three months and more than 200 militants and security personnel have been killed in clashes there, the Turkish army says.
