Mexico names new heads of Pemex, health, social security

MEXICO CITY – Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto has announced several Cabinet changes, including the naming of a new head of the state oil company Petroleos Mexicanos.

Social security director Jose Antonio Gonzalez Anaya will now head the oil company better known as Pemex. His former post at the Social Security Institute is going to Mikel Arriola Penalosa, former head of Mexico's Federal Health Commission.

Jose Narro Robles replaces Mercedes Juan as secretary of the Health Department.

Pena Nieto announced the changes Monday.
