NEW YORK – New York City police say a person standing on a subway platform has been pushed in front of an oncoming train and killed.
Police say it happened at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Times Square subway station.
They say a woman pushed the individual in front of a southbound No. 1 train.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The person's sex wasn't immediately known.
A suspect was arrested.
No other details were immediately available.
