The Latest on the shooting of six people at a Memphis park (all times local):

10:15 a.m.

Police say a shooting at a Memphis park that left a 16-year-old girl dead and injured five other people possibly stemmed from a disagreement over a cellphone.

Memphis police spokesman Louis Brownlee says a group of people wearing bandannas over their faces opened fire Tuesday night at Zodiac Park in Memphis.

Brownlee says the 16-year-old girl died at the scene, and that four other females and a male were wounded and taken to hospitals. He says the male and one of the females are in critical condition. All are from Mississippi and are 21 years old or younger.

The suspects fled in a tan vehicle. No arrests have been made. Police are investigating.

A teenager has been killed and five others were injured in a shooting at a Memphis park.

Memphis police say the shooting occurred at Zodiac Park near the Mississippi state line about 8:15 p.m. CDT. Police say the suspects, whose faces were reportedly covered with bandanas, began firing shots at a group of people, killing a 16-year-old girl and wounding four other females and one male. The suspects fled the scene in a tan vehicle

Police say the "incident possibly stemmed from an ongoing disagreement."
