When you're first launching your YouTube channel, it's best to outsource elements such as lighting, editing and sound to experts. Once your business grows, you'll be able to take everything in-house, Fidelman says. If you don't have an on-camera talent, that's something that can be outsourced, too -- look for influencers in your industry who might be a good fit.
Creating the right content, incorporating relevant calls-to-action and utilizing analytics tools are other steps that will help jumpstart your new channel.
